Getting Started
The first thing to do is to email or call with any questions, or to let me know you’d like to schedule an initial session. It is likely that you’ll need to leave a message if you call. Whether you call and leave a message or email I will respond within 24 hours.
If you’re wanting to know more about how I can help you, we can schedule a free phone consultation (up to 20 minutes). I provide an optional free initial phone consultation in order to answer any questions you may have about how I work and what to expect in meeting with me, as well as to help ensure that I am a good fit for your current needs.
If you’re ready to get started we will schedule the initial session. During this first session I will ask you questions about your past and present experiences, and I can also answer any questions or concerns you might have about my work and the therapeutic process. At the end of the session, I will share my clinical impressions and initial recommendations. The initial session is an opportunity for us to get to know each other and to identify what you’d like to address in therapy.
If you decide to schedule an initial session, please print and complete these forms to bring with you. Or, plan on arriving 15 minutes prior to our session to complete them in the office.
